Making a career in IT — 1

There are so many career choices out there for young kids trying to “find their calling”. You can be a dog trainer, gym instructor, yoga guru or dance teacher. You can try writing advertising jingles or even become a specialist plumber. I realised how valuable that can be when an ill-trained plumber screwed up the installation of my somewhat expensive toilet bowl.

These are very different ways to make money and keep yourself busy. Obviously the choice is largely driven by who you are and what you like doing.
